Training

Training for the winter season takes place every Wednesday from the beginning of September to the end of March. We train inside at Bournside Sports Centre in Cheltenham 6.45-8.15pm.

Training involves lots of match play as well as our coach Sophie working on various drills with us each week to improve our skills, fitness and game play. 

We also have preseason training throughout August which takes place outside at Bournside.

Matches

Matches are held on Saturdays between September and April at various times throughout the day.

The Haze play at Plock Court in Gloucester and the Shadows play at Barnwood Park School.
